Invoices will be sent out by email after the close of the sale. Please check your email/spam folder for invoice. All items purchased have to be paid within two (2) business days by approved payment. Due to COVID-19 all payments are asked to be done electronically. Your invoice will have instructions on how to pay this way. If you can’t do this, please call our office at 780-542-4337 to make other arrangements. Fees & Taxes are in addition to the final bid price. Item(s) cannot be removed until funds are verified to be in Team Auctions/Sekura Auctions Ltd. account. Everything is sold “AS IS WHERE IS” once an item is deemed sold it becomes the responsibility of the buyer.

Equipment located at RR154 and TWP 542 Fedoruk Farms Ltd. can be loaded out Oct 5 - 8 from 8 AM - 6 PM, Call Dale @ 403-588-2936. For Guest Consignor Loadout call Joe @ 780-632-9414 all items must be removed by Oct 8. Buyer or his transporter will require a paid invoice to have items released. Failure to remove the equipment within 30 (thirty) days of the auction may be deemed “Abandoned” and disposed of by the auctioneer at its sole discretion with no compensation for the buyer whatsoever.
