All items purchased must be paid in full prior to removal. Equipment located at Niton Junction, and can be removed within the loadout period of Tuesday May 4th to Saturday May 8th and Thursday May 13th to Saturday May 15th from 9:00am to 5:00pm. NOTE: No loading equipment will be available from Thursday May 13th to Saturday May 15th. The Ford loader tractor is available for load out but it may not be able lift the heavier items at this sale. On those items it will be the responsibility of buyer if the items need lifting onto trailer. Contact: Sarah 780-712-1702. Buyer or his transporter will require a paid invoice to have items released. Failure to remove the equipment within 30 (thirty) days of the auction may be deemed "Abandoned" and disposed of by the auctioneer at its sole discretion with no compensation for the buyer whatsoever.
